Nothing here was sized from a catalog. We test hardness, chlorine, iron, pH and TDS in the home, then size the system to that result and the number of people using the water.
A standard softener or carbon install takes three to five hours start to finish. We cut in, set the system, program the valve, flush it, and walk you through it before we leave.
You can isolate the system in seconds without losing water to the house. It matters for service, for vacations, and for the day you need to swap a cartridge in a hurry.
A lifetime warranty on the system, plus one year on the installation labor. Full terms are on our warranty page.
What your own install looks like depends on your water. In Raleigh, Durham and Cary, hardness runs high enough that a softener does obvious work. In Charlotte and Wilmington, most installs pair whole-home carbon filtration with reverse osmosis, plus a softener where the test calls for one. The free in-home water test tells us which — and it costs nothing.
